For video projects, our team primarily uses high-definition Sony HVR-Z1U cameras to capture images. In addition to our array of field video equipment, we have a fully-functional bluescreen studio in SASC Room 2120, which is used for interviews, special effects, and audio recording. We also have access to the College’s vast still photo database.

It is strongly recommended not to send us the original art. This is to prevent against any loss or damage of your work. Instead, please make a good quality color (or black and white copy as applicable) copy or photographic print. Art should be letter size (8.5 x 11 inches) or smaller. Images larger than this may incur additional time and cost to process. Sorry, We do not accept slides or photographic negatives.

We accept a wide variety of digital and non-digital formats. We prefer digital since they can be processed more quickly. The digital file format is best determined by content of your design and program which generated it, and are discussed in more detail below.

Our primary focus is to publish the printed BNFC since it is this version that is used most extensively. The electronic versions of the BNFC are derived from the same database as the one we use for the paper copy. However, a number of tasks are required to adapt the database output for the electronic versions. These tasks are undertaken once the paper version has been sent away for printing.
