Account Not Found error appears when you try to send emails from a non existing account. Make sure that you did not rename or delete the account from which you are sending your messages. It is not a rare case when after the EasyMail successfully finished its mail sending, you can see some email addresses stay in the OutBox folder. It is recommended to try to send a message to these email addresses several times.

In the context of sending email, this error usually means that your email software cannot reach the email server that you have configured. An easy test to determine if this is really an email related issue is to try web browsing. If you can successfully browse the web, you have eliminated either connectivity or DNS as an issue, so check your email configurations (Specifically the spelling of the incoming and outgoing mail servers. See our help desk for help with this).

That error message means that the time setting is incorrect, by at least 12 hours, on the computer on which the client or server is running. You should check and reset the system clock. We believe no security risks could be introduced, because handle servers provide a limited handle lookup and administration service that is constrained to the handle database. You cannot change the directory that it installs to automatically or you will get the error "one or more pictures cannot be found." The reason for the error is because the scripting is directing the program to look for the mid (music) file in a specific location. If it is not where it is supposed to be, the error comes up. You can still send the stationery that way, and the recipients will not get the error; they will not get the sound either, though, as it cannot embed.

A DNS error indicates that your web browser could not look up the numeric equivalent (IP address) of the text address (Domain or URL) that was entered into the location box or in the link you clicked on. Find out what file error it is giving. If it says "index.html not found" then your index.html file is missing from the path you configured. or you need to set the path of the folder where your website files is.
