Yes, we will provide tracks in this format. However at M-Tracks we pride ourselves on quality. This is a compressed audio format and we would suggest that the tracks are recorded uncompressed onto an audio CD.

Downloaded tracks must be stored in the "tracks" folder, which is located on your hard disk wherever you�ve installed VRC. Once the track is stored into that particular folder, the game will automatically* recognize it and the track becomes usable (obviously only if you officially own- and unlocked it) . Please note: Tracks can only be opened automatically in/by the game, so you shouldn�t try to open them manually.

On the other hand, WAV files retain all the information that was captured from the original analog signal when it was digitized. Some of the information discarded in MP3 compression may be important to insect listening or to human interpretation of the physical nature of the songs.
