The data associated with the images is not covered under the provisions of Fair Use. You must request permission from the copyright holder before using it. "Data" includes locations, dates, and any notes or other text about the photo that were provided when it was contributed and identified.

The eScholarship Repository tools allow you to associate content (e.g., images, Excel spreadsheets, Power Point presentations, etc.) with articles. Associated content goes alongside the PDF of the article rather than being contained in the PDF. It is uploaded along with the article. Like the article itself, associated content may not be removed once it is published.

No. YourClimbing.com employs an Enthusiast-in-Chief, Katie Brown. Katie produces her own content for the site, including a blog, a podcast, and she periodically posts climbing-related articles, interviews, photos and videos to the website. A big part of Katie's job, though, is to encourage and assist other climbers in publishing their stories and images on YourClimbing.com. An "Enthusiast-in-Chief" is both a writer/photographer and a host to this online climbing community.
