The 'return-time' of your wedding DVD should be a major consideration when choosing a videographer. There may a considerable amount of time between the date of the event and the delivery date. A decision needs to be made that weighs the wait you'll experience against the quality of the final product you will receive. To help you make that choice an estimated date of completion based on the current post-production schedule should be requested.

A link to a password protected section of our website will be emailed to you within 24 hours to 21 business days of your order depending on which package you purchased. Once you enter the password we provide, you will have access to a page dedicated to your project. This page will contain all of the tracks we have recorded for you that you have paid for, including final accordion tracks if you choose Internet delivery when setting up your session.

It is not uncommon to spend over 50 hours editing a single wedding. Therefore, depending upon the season, return time can be anywhere from 3 to 6 months. Each Wedding Film includes a bespoke DVD case. The Disc itself is beautifully personalised with the happy couple's names over an enhanced still from the day. The DVD Menu features a wonderfully presented introduction, as well as personalised graphics and menus. As well as a "Play All", your Wedding Film will of course be chaptered so that you can jump directly between the different events of your big day. All DVDs end with rolling film credits.

You can check which DVD you have out by going to My whishlist. We will only send you the DVD from your «wishlist». In case all the DVD from your wishlist are unavailable, we will let you know immmediately by email. You will then have to add new DVD to your wishlist to receive more titles.

Your DVDs will be presented in high quality super clear DVD cases, with attractive labels with your chosen title printed both on the front and the spines, as well as on the DVD disc itself.

Yes. You will be notified by email when your proof is available online, and you will be supplied a link to your online proof. Once there, you may read the proof online or you may print a copy to read. You will be instructed how to approve the proof or submit corrections.

No! But lets look at the impact to your class grade. To be able to get the minium passing grade (70%) you would have had an average no lower than 87.5% on all tests and quizzes. A possible reduction of two letter grades. This is a no-brainer.

The average length of our DVDs is about 80-90 minutes. Anything longer then that and there is the possibility of visual compression degradation. The period of time we allow for the DVD is ample for the edited video we produce. If you breakdown the parts of the video into scenes, you can get an idea of the average timeline (depending on the chosen package).

Final grades are communicated to students via their Internet Academy issued FirstClass® e-mail accounts. "Transcripts" and/or Internet Academy "Course Reports" are mailed home at the end of the school year.

Your final trip documentation will be sent to you about 3 to 4 weeks prior to your departure. The documentation includes confirmed itinerary with flights details, a complete list of local contact persons and numbers, hotel addresses with telephone/fax numbers, major city maps, etc.

You will receive your final bill within 72 hours of the departure of the program. The final bill amount is due within one month of the billing date.

Vector drawings can be scalable to any size without any loss in quality. This makes them ideal for company logo's or other objects that have to be resized frequently. Typical uses are for stationery, large banners, signs vehicle graphics and just about anything else you can think of! We can convert your logo from a raster or (bitmap) image to a vector illustration.

All final files will be emailed to you and you will also be able to download your final files directly from our server. You may also purchase a CD-Rom with a backup of your logo files.

We ordinarily distribute final travel information 21 days in advance of departure. This includes all hotel contact details for your trip along with other pertinent information.

All photography is provided digitally at one of the following resolutions. If you have specific requirements we can provide other resolutions as well: High Resolution: Appr. 3200 x 2400 / 11"x8" @ 300 DPI / 25MB RGB TIFF (may be slightly smaller in some cases)

Once we have finalized your design, we will immediately deliver the final logo design files via email. We will also send your logo design on CD through Priority mail.

Your Cruise tickets will be sent to you via mail or email 2-3 weeks prior to departure. Some cruise lines also offer online registration that requires your confirmation number and personal information.

Answer: At the end of the Awards Ceremony each team's head coach will be provided one copy of the final scores. Any scoring inconsistencies must be brought to the attention of the arbitrators within one hour of the completion of the ceremony. In the rare case of a "photo finish" or problem, a phone number and/or an email address will also be posted on the tournament website for coaches to contact. Scores are not final until they are posted on the Official Science Olympiad websites.

Both the recording and Polish translation of your script will be sent to you as an e-mail attachment. You can choose the audio format of the recorded file (MP3 or WAV) and the translation can be delivered in MS Word or PDF format.
