Yes, if you boost the signal level with a Q118 Instrument Interface. Signal levels of a guitar are very low and need to be boosted (amplified) in order to match those of a modular synth. Synthesizers.com modules are not designed to work stand-alone, they need an enclosure such as a cabinet or rack frame, and a power supply system. There is not a module that will extract pitch information from your guitar (Pitch to voltage converter). That is a very difficult task.
