Ex Element - FAQIf you are the lucky owner of an Ex Pass™ then you will need to redeem your voucher with us and get yourself booked onto the course or experience of your dreams! You can do this online or you can phone one of our ever helpful Extreme Team who will be more than happy to help.

Ex Element - FAQThe Ex Pass is your voucher for your experience or course. These can be either for a specific course / experience or can be credited with any amount allowing the recipient to redeem it against any of the courses / experiences available. An Ex Pass with monetary value can be redeemed as part or whole payment and any left over credit can be put towards another Extreme course / experience. This will be stored on your 'My Ex Element' account.

Ex Element - FAQAll Ex Passes are valid for 10 months from date of purchase. If you do not use your Ex Pass in this time then you can extend it for a further 10 months. You must extend your pass before the expiry date. There is a £20 administration charge for this service, and if the activity has increased in price you will also need to pay the difference in price.

You do not have to select the date the recipient is going to actually take the course or experience at the time of purchase.
