To see if courses at your community college will transfer to Cal State Fullerton, you may check on ASSIST, a database that houses the transfer agreements between all California community colleges and California public universities. A better e-mail system is on your horizon. Cal State East Bay is partnering with Google to allow all students to better manage their university e-mail accounts. Beginning March 26, students may start using their new Horizon e-mail. Each student will need to log in to the new system to begin using a new Horizon account to continue receiving important messages from the university.

CAL stands for Client Access License. Because Scarlet Page leverages Microsoft Windows Update Server Services, a CAL is required for each user or device that uses Scarlet Page. You may choose to obtain a Window Server CAL for each user or each device that uses the service. If you have more devices than users, it's cheaper to buy CALs and assign them to users. If, however, you have more users than devices, assign CALs to the devices instead.

Members who will be residing outside of the Southern Health network service area for more than 90 days can elect to enroll in the National Network and use the participating providers of the National Network in order to receive the highest level of benefits and pay the lowest cost-sharing amounts. This applies to all out-of-area participants, including retirees, COBRA enrollees and dependents who are away or at school.

State agencies are required to have a purchasing authority, which is granted by the Department of General Services, Procurement Division, prior to participating in the CAL-Card Program. Cal State L.A. scholarships are available once a year. The University offers a variety of institutional scholarships based on a students academic record. No. Each family will be loaned a computer system (including computer, printer, software, and Internet reimbursement) to support the learning process. These computer systems are instructional property and must be returned when the student leaves the California Virtual Academies. The California Virtual Academies will arrange for technical support and troubleshooting for these systems. See our technical requirements.

If you were with the U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corp, U.S. Air Force or their Reserve Components and didn’t complete six or eight weeks of U.S. Army Basic Training or USMC Boot camp, you will need to attend a Warrior Training Course. Your recruiter can explain this in detail.

If you need a sign-language translator or other reasonable accommodation to attend or to participate in a public hearing or public meeting, you should call or write the Commission no later than five business days before the meeting. The public hearing room is wheelchair accessible.

That will depend on the instructor. Instructors can designate their orientations as required, recommended, or optional. Failure to attend or complete a required orientation may result in your being dropped from the course. All new students who have not completed testing at another community college need to complete testing and orientation. Both can be completed at our Assessment Center in Room 513. It is open 8:00 am ? 4:00 pm M-F and 9:00 am ? 1:00 pm on Saturday. You can walk in, no appointment is necessary, be sure to bring picture ID. If this is your first time attending Fullerton College, you will need to complete our orientation.

Yes! We encourage all school staff to attend the state Awards Ceremony at which their students are being honored. CTY's school contacts will receive information about the Awards Ceremonies in their states in April, and can also check with their students to see if they are attending. The CTY School Report, sent to schools in March, indicates with an "S" which students are invited to the State Awards Ceremony.

Both ceremonies are similar in format, though the Grand Ceremony is more formal and includes lunch and campus tours. Some students will choose to attend both ceremonies if possible. Though we try to avoid holding Awards Ceremonies on the same day as the Grand Ceremony, we have a short time frame in which to have all the events, and must work with the dates that our host universities and colleges have available for the State Awards Ceremonies.
