GPS - News & FAQsWe always observe pets carefully for signs of illness. In an acute emergency, we will transport your pet to the veterinarian immediately. Otherwise, we will call you first. At the interview, a form is completed giving us permission to have your pet treated by your veterinarian. In case we cannot reach him/her, we have a vet-on-call that has an ongoing relationship with us of 17 years duration. There are local emergency clinics in Rockville and Hyattstown that can be reached 24 hours a day.
