Our Community Development Division will answer all of your questions for obtaining federal Community Development Block Grant funds for your municipality or community-based organization. Applicants are encouraged to submit Access to Home Program application exhibits and attachments electronically over the web using the Community Development On-line application system (CDOL). Paper or OmniForm applications may also be submitted. Complete directions on use of the online application system are found on the website at www.dhcr.state.ny.us.

The Texas Equal Access to Justice Foundation accepts applications between February and April each year. Completed applications must be submitted to TEAJF by the published deadline. The TEAJF Board of Directors makes funding decisions during the summer. Grant awards announcements are made shortly thereafter. In late October or early November we hold an Annual Public Hearing at which time residents and members of civic and other organizations have an opportunity to present their requests to the Brookhaven Town Board for Community Development Block Grant funds. Again, as with most of our programs, these projects must fall within census tract authorized areas. Each request is reviewed by the board following the hearing and decisions are then made as to how the funding will be allocated.

Level I, Orientation. Level I training provides the new senior member with information required for active membership in CAP. This level consists of the Orientation Course and Cadet Protection Program Training (CPPT). The Fond du Lac Area Foundation receives its contributions from individuals, businesses, and private foundations. Current gifts and bequests make up the permanent endowment of the Foundation. It is the income from these gifts, that is used to make grants.

A joint federal-provincial Program Secretariat is responsible for administering the program, including how and when it will accept project applications from municipalities. What is the process of applying for a Commissioner for Oaths? A Commissioner for Oaths Application must be completed and submitted to the Deputy Minister of Justice.
