Yes, you are able to select a 'Dispatch Date' when you buy the voucher. We do have a next day delivery option so if you want something to arrive on an exact date please select the dispatch date as the day before and select our next day delivery option.

The Ex Pass is your voucher for your experience or course. These can be either for a specific course / experience or can be credited with any amount allowing the recipient to redeem it against any of the courses / experiences available. An Ex Pass with monetary value can be redeemed as part or whole payment and any left over credit can be put towards another Extreme course / experience. This will be stored on your 'My Ex Element' account.

All Ex Passes are valid for 10 months from date of purchase. If you do not use your Ex Pass in this time then you can extend it for a further 10 months. Picture Stock will replace a lost or stolen press pass; however, you must send a letter stating how and where your press pass was lost or stolen, your ID number, a new passport picture and $25.
