You only need to insert the a disc into DVD-ROM not matter it is DVD, VCD or SVCD, DVD X Player will launch automatically and play the contents for you as long as your DVD-ROM support standard read and write formats. It is just insert and play. You don’t need to bother which type of format to choose for the disc to play.
