Miles are automatically credited to the members account within 48 hours of the flights' departure, providing their membership number and name information match those stored in their Skywards profile. You will earn Miles as per the original booking on your ticket if the cancellation/disruption was due to operational reasons.

Reward tickets, denied boarding, contra tickets, discount travel, reward tickets issued by other frequency or loyalty programs of which Skywards or an Affiliate is a participant, free travel and non-scheduled or charter flights do not qualify to earn Miles and cannot avail of the program benefits.
