These channels are skipped to allow for additional channels to be located as close as possible to the correct genre section as new channels become available.

These skipped channels are there so that the line-up can be expanded in the future without changing the current line-up.

By default, KookieJar skips all blank lines when saving your signature. This is because such blank lines often occur as a result of an error in generating the signature.
