Copy everything in the folder where you originally installed NewsBin to the new machine. It is important to find and copy the .nbi configuration file as well. Sometimes it gets saved in your "My Documents" folder by default. Move it into the new NewsBin folder then, the first time you start NewsBin on the new computer, cancel out of the setup wizard and do a File/Open and select the .nbi file.
