A26. The support for Novell Small Business Suite 6.6 includes 5 service requests with 12x5 access (6am to 6pm MT, Monday - Friday) which are available for 60 days. The timer starts from the first support call and any unused service requests expire after 60 days. The service requests are meant to cover general installation and configuration issues. This technical support applies only to Novell Small Business Suite 6.6 and the Novell Small Business Suite 6.6 Expansion Pack.
