By default, an ADAM instance running on Windows Server 2003 automatically enforces any local or domain password policies that exist. If you create a new ADAM user and assign a password to that user that does not meet the requirements of the password policy that is in effect, the user will be disabled by default. With User-defined Music Collections, you can organize your music any way you see fit. In this way, you can create "Dad's College Albums and Artists" or "Exercise Albums". There should not be duplicate entries when you merge the data. The software will be set to merge using the VFC PIN# for the providers. As long as all users in a program use the same PIN for a provider, then the visit data will all be merged into one record for that provider. If different PIN numbers are used for the same clinic, then you will have duplicate entries that will need to be weeded out.

Unlike the previous set of online forms, the data entry field have been programmed to only accept the maximum number of spaces visible to the screen. This is to ensure no data is lost when printing. All data fields have been programmed, though, to offer enough space for the desired data to be entered in most instances. There is a known bug that prevents users from editing information previously entered into user defined fields. This should be addressed in future versions of chims. If you have edited information for an item in your inventory after having done a query search and the changes do not appear, retry your query search and check the item again.
