The special graphics cards which were built into the workstations for which those fixed frequency monitors are designed to be used with have special grpahics cards which support those monitors. Many of those fixed frequency PC video cards look like standard superVGA card to the software but output always signal suitable to fixed frequnecy monitor.

Fuzzy text graphics are caused by your computer's video card. If you have an older monitor or out of date video card on your computer, the quality of your graphics in any program will be compromised, but may seem more obvious in Video Mail. This is due to the way Internet Explorer (which holds the Video Mail program) renders HTML. Unfortunately, it is not something that Video Mail can control.
