If you know how to use your gun, look after it and use high quality bbs, batteries or gas then guns can last a very long time.

A hotline number is posted on each machine, and most of our service calls are answered within two hours. For small issues, you may choose to leave a post-it note on the machine and you will be reimbursed when the machine is next serviced. All our long term rental clients are encouraged to contact us if anything is not right and we will happily liase with the owner and translate where necessary to find a solution.

All Sevenaway holiday homes have a local emergency contact, whom we refer to as your local Houseperson. They are all volunteers who look after the holiday homes in their area, and are available to help tenants when required. Houseperson contact details can always be found in your holiday home. If something goes wrong or you need assistance please let the Houseperson know, but keep in mind that they are volunteers and try to refrain from calling late at night unless you have a genuine emergency.

All of our providers have a 24/7 fault reporting facility. We only use Australia's largest service providers, so we know that they have the experience and infrastructure to fix errors as fast as possible. (There is a perception in the marketplace that providers other than Telstra cannot provide levels of service that match Telstra's.
