What is the OPA Architectural Review Committee?
The Ocean Pines Architectural Review Committee (ARC), identified in many of our OPA community documents as the Environmental Control Committee (ECC), consists of three residents who volunteer much time to the benefit of our wonderful Ocean Pines community. They are appointed by the OPA Board of Directors and receive no compensation for their many hours of community service.
