You may select any one of six different table chat options: Full Detail, Summary Detail, Chat Only, Silent, No Player Chat, Stats Only. “Full Detail” displays a list of all the table activity such as “Calling” and “Folding”. “Summary Detail” displays a summary of the game data. “Chat Only” displays only the player chat. “Silent” disables the chat displayed..

The chat system is still in development. The current system includes guild chat and a way for players to create their own chat channels. More options are being created.

The table chat is available on the side panel or at the bottom of the table, depending on the option of table size you are using. To change the view of the side panel, click on the Menu option from the table and change the size of the table. To turn “Player Chat” off, click the Game Information Options drop-down list and select the “No Player Chat” option.

We understand wanderlust and short attention spans, so we've made it easy to change rooms. To move to a different room, click the name of the room in the navigation area in the upper third of the page.

We encourage you to explore on your own the numerous options and functions. Browse the chat options by clicking on the "Main Menu" icon (the down arrow at the top of the chat area), and start experimenting. We explain below one of the most popular functions.

Changing your nickname: To change your name simply enter your desired alias within the Nickname input and click OK. Setting password auto-identify: Here you can enter the password and enable the checkbox to auto-identify to your nickname once you've registered your nickname within Chat. This ensures others cannot use your nickname. List Rooms button: list other channels on the chat network, double click on a channel in the list to join it.

There is a chat screen to the right of the table where you can see what chat exchange has happened between players and observers. Below the chat screen is a small single line field where you can enter text that you wish to add to the chat stream. In the bottom corner of the table window, you will see a chat window. When you wish to chat with the other players, type your message in the chat window. Click the "enter" key and your text will go live. You may chat with players at any table - even if you aren't playing there at the time. Players often use acronyms to express themselves in chat. While inside the card table screen, click inside the box that says “Enter chat text here.” View all chat on the white column to the right of the Poker table.
