Laing ManagementParking is provided to tenants according to apartment size and location. The parking lots are designed to accommodate this number of cars. All college apartments, with the exception of 802, 820, 822 Edgebrook and the Hillcrest Townhouses require parking permits. All friends and family must park on the residential streets. This is done as a courtesy to the other tenants. Tenants are paying for apartments, not parking spaces. Parking is provided as a courtesy to the tenants by Laing Management.
