Our frozen products are guaranteed (if kept frozen) for 2 years past the manufacture date. Codes are embossed on the side of each product box. Our grocery products (canned and jarred products) are guaranteed for 36 months past the manufacture date. Codes are imprinted on the top of each product can or jar.

Though many Y-Not Natural products can reasonably be expected to last longer than the 24 months expiration date, we provide the date as a measure of freshness. Y-Not Natural products have an "after opening" date instead of an expiration date, which follows dermatologist recommendations.

Mexitan, with the natural antioxidant preservation qualities of Green Tea Extract and Vitamin E, has a minimum of 2-3 years shelf life, and all product shipped is recently manufactured. Occasionally shake the bottles of Mexitan well to help it stay fresh, and for best results store product for prolonged periods at 50-80 degrees.

The "best-if-used-by" date is the date recommended for best flavor and quality of a product. It is not a purchase or safety date. A "sell by" or "expiration" or "use by" date tells a customer how long a store should display the product for sale. Purchase products before the "sell by" or "use by" date. A product can still be used after the "sell by" date if it is still safe, wholesome and of good quality. Do not use a product beyond the "use by" date.

We can only assure the level of enzyme activity claimed through the expiration date printed on the package. Beyond the expiration date, enzyme activity may be less than the amount claimed, and the product may not be as effective as when it is fresh.
