In order for HER v3 to do backups directly to your CD, the CD must be formatted "as a drive letter". This formatting is called "Drive Letter Access" or "DLA". But you may say, "I can see drive letter 'D' (or whatever) when I use Windows Explorer to view my CD drive". OK, but what you are seeing is the drive letter of the CD DRIVE -- not necessarily the letter OF THE CD itself.

The URL you are using to start TestNav is incorrect. TestNav is supplied with a default URL that you need to change.
