The health fee provides for free access to physicians and other practitioners, registered nurses, and health educators for primary health care and preventive health education. Students can consult a health care provider with an appointment during regular operating hours without charge. Students have access to the urgent care clinic, the nurse clinic, the telephone nurse, the women's clinic, the wart clinic, the observation room, and the minor surgery room at no charge.

No. Every student has an LMU student account. The Student Health Center will bill this student account for services rendered, such as medicines, lab work and x-rays. At the end of the month, you will be billed by the Controller's office. The billing statement will state "Student Health Center charges," with the amount owed. No other information is divulged.

Services at Student Health are very similar to those of other outpatient settings, e.g., doctor's office.
