SW related races/type of characters are highly recommended (this is SW roleplaying after all). You may chose any type of character that you would find in EU literature. If you chose anything non SW, like Dragon Ball Z, Marvel Universe characters etc, you agree that any abilities of such characters will not overpower Force abilites. Force powers takes presedence.

A - That is entirely up to you. Everyone has their favorite race, nature and profession. You might try asking around before you get too far in leveling / gaining experience. Example: If you like to PVP you might make a priest/ mage dual profession character or select a multi-profession character who also has fighter skills. a house rule, I've tried this, with mixed results. If you let a player try using the character sheets provided in the Terror in the Dark supplement for the Trollslayer or Wardancer as a player character as-is (i.e., with the statistics exactly as written on the sheet, and with only 1 Fate Point to start with), I personally think they work fairly well. We take every step possible to offer transfers from source realms to destination realms of the same type (Normal (PvE) to Normal (PvE), PvP to PvP, RP to RP, etc.). However, there may be cases where we will offer PvP to Normal (PvE) transfers when we find they are necessary.
