There are several possible reasons for this, but the most likely is that you do not have the required codecs installed. You can see if the media importer reads the source video codec by checking the "Input Video Properties" in the upper left portion of the Vid/Aud tab. You may put the WMP 6.4 installer (download from Microsoft web site) and CHECKWMP.exe (copy from FMProjector 1.5 directory) into the same folder of your program(created with FMProjector) in the CD-ROM.
