If doing Host Surrogacy she would have to comply with the rules of the clinic they are using. Clinics' rules vary as they take a lot of elements into consideration, such as health issues, age, weight etc. If carrying out a Straight Surrogacy Arrangement, the Surrogate should ideally be under 35 years of age, since the chance of Downs Syndrome is higher after this age.

Nobody could prevent you from travelling with your own child anywhere you want. After the birth we get you an official Russian Federation Birth certificate with your names on it - as parents. In this country no contract or agreement is legally binding. Yes you can. In this circumstance Intended Parents, Inc is retained to assist with all the other aspects of the surrogacy arrangement. We coordinate all the testing required - medical, background checking and psychological evaluations. We also assist in the contract negotiations between you and your surrogate mother.

Once the gestational surrogacy agreement has been signed by you, the intended parents and your surrogate mother and her spouse, you deposit funds into an escrow account. The surrogate mother will be paid from these funds according to your signed gestational surrogacy agreement.

We have the birth mother sign a financial agreement, which obligates her to repay such monies if the placement disrupts. In reality, very few have the resources to do so. The financial agreement may allow you to write off such losses as a bad debt. In addition, you can pursue a judgment against the birth mother, which is valid in Florida for 20 years (and renewable for another 20). An attorney that specializes in creditors’ issues can then handle pursuit and enforcement of the judgment.

Then we try to present families to her that are consistent with her desires.

This is your adoption plan! You call the shots. Your adoption specialist will discuss with you your options and provide guidance when needed, but the final decisions are yours. You get to decide how much contact you want to have with the adoptive family as well as whether you would like to see the baby in the hospital or would rather be transferred off the floor.

The birth mother usually makes a “dream family list” that identifies the qualities important to her in an adoptive family. She is then presented with the first three families on our list that meets her requests and selects from those families.
