The Recreation Department controls the City Park, as well as all the other parks within the city limits, so you would be the ones to who would have to give approval.

Residents of the Township have access to Thompson Lake and the City Park by permit which you may get at the Township Hall. The permits are usually available at the end of May. There is no fee charged for the first permit , there is a $5.00 charge for each additional permit per household. The Park is a lovely place to spend the day.
