Correct instruction from a BHPA registered school, learning to "read" the prevailing conditions, and flying a wing appropriate for your own level of experience all help to reduce the risks, and maximise your enjoyment. SOSA Gliding Club is located about one hour's drive west of Toronto. It is closer to Hamilton, Kitchener-Guelph-Cambridge and Brantford. Located 10 km east of Cambridge on highway 8, the airfield is on Cooper Road. Cooper Road runs northward from highway 8, just west of the Brown Barrel Deli, between Sheffield and Rockton villages.
