For PC there are some special graphics cards which support use of fixed frequency monitors as general PC display. Many of those fixed frequency PC video cards look like standard superVGA card to the software but output always signal suitable to fixed frequnecy monitor.

We do accept broken monitors. However, as monitors include lead and heavy metals, which are considered environmentally hazardous, monitors with broken glass must be placed in a box lined with a large plastic garbage bag.
