The computer says I will be e-mailed when I'm approved. Why haven't I gotten an e-mail?
FAQYou will NOT receive an e-mail. If you signed on for the first time during regular business hours, you will probably be approved before 5:00 p.m. the next business day. If you signed on for the first time after hours or on the weekend, you will have to wait until the second business day. If for some reason you still have not been approved by the next business day or receive an error message, CALL OR E-MAIL THE ASTRONOMY OFFICE ASAP!!
