Each owner at the Lodge will enter into a Rental Management Agreement with Timberline Lodges. Under the Agreement an owner has the flexibility to leave their suite available for rent on a regular or casual basis. As an owner you have first choice on all dates. Each suite that is available for rent is then entered in to a First Resort Software program. This program is designed to distribute the rentals evenly on a rotational system thereby giving all owners a fair opportunity for participating.

The ceremonial oak rental casket is first prepared by inserting a sturdy, fully lined, corrugated insert into the outer hardwood shell. The casket is then utilized for the viewing and/or ceremony. Afterward, the interior fabric is neatly folded in, and a matching corrugated lid is placed on top of the insert container. When you order your dumpster we will ask you if you want to use a credit card or give the driver a deposit. If you use a credit card we will put the actual charges on the card when the dumpster is weighed. If you choose to use a deposit, we will deduct the actual charges from the deposit and refund the difference. The dumpster is dropped off at your location as close as possible to the time you request.

You can choose not to rent your cottage and retain it only for your family use. You can also choose to rent it on your own and mange it yourself or through your agents. Finally, you can choose to turn it over to Camp Noel management for rental management. In this case, we will manage the rental for a nominal percentage to cover marketing costs, tour operator commissions and service costs.
