The fitness equipment is delivered to your chosen address by ourselves and installed and demonstrated. This service is free of charge for hire contracts. We ask that you are present at the agreed delivery time. We try to be as flexible as possible with delivery times, so please ask at the time of your order. We advise that where possible it is best for the fitness equipment to be kept on the ground floor.

The first four weeks of hire are paid for at the time of the order by debit/credit card or by cheque on delivery. At delivery you can pay the balance or authorise us to collect subsequent hire payments every four weeks by signing a recurring transaction document, which allows us to debit your debit/credit card accordingly. You automatically benefit from longer hire discounts as the hire period lengthens.

If you are doing a total body workout, you can move to the next machine and come back when the piece of equipment is free. You can ask how many sets the other member has left and either "work in" or wait until they are finished. To share equipment with another member or "work in", simply ask, "May I work in?" While that person is resting, you can do your set. When you take your turn, finish your set or exercise in a timely manner.

If you have your own equipment we do recommend you bring it however we do have all equipment here for use free of charge.

In general on custom pieces, we can easily provide a link to a photo gallery where you can preview your piece when it is completed and approve it before shipping. Please let us know in the comments section of your order that you would like to approve a photo before shipment. After that point, if any changes need to be made based on your error or a change of mind, there will be a $14 restringing charge. If there is an error on our part, we will of course restring at no charge.
