F.A.Q.No, any materials required to complete your project are extra. This includes such things as labels, envelopes, postage, CDs, paper etc... STARRY does not mark up the cost of materials, you will pay only what we pay. If you would like to supply us will everything we need to complete your project, that is an acceptable option as well.
