We supply galvanised steel builders trade roof racks with ladder stops at the end of each bar and a half width rear ladder roller, which is situated to the nearside of the van to accommodate loading from pavement. The racks are constructed from an ASTM* rectangular frame with high tensile strength ASTM cold rolled steel rods welded to it with a 1000 pound weld rating. The green and black racks have a baked-on powder coating, while the nickel ones have gone through a nickel coating process. The mounting holes are covered with black caps, as are the ends of the rods. (*ASTM is an international standards organization.)
