You do not need a password to open any of our reports. When you get the error or dialog box asking for a password, it is most likely that either you are attempting to open the report with the wrong application or another program has set the Windows file associations to associate .XLS files with an application other than Microsoft Excel. It is very common for programs to hi-jack file associations during installation. Our reports do not change the Windows file associations.

The most common errors happen when you use upper case or lower case letters incorrectly. The password is case -sensitive, which means your password must be exactly as it appears in the auction records. The claims processor was unable to handle your request for a claim reversal at the time it was submitted. Try to reverse the claim again later in the day. There are two possilbe explanations. First, you may be entering either your username or password incorrectly. The TIFF file contains more channels than DeBabelizer can open. The best solution is to remove all the channels beyond the standard first four and then save it from Photoshop before you open it in DeBabelizer.
