When you get the error or dialog box asking for a password, it is most likely that either you are attempting to open the report with the wrong application or another program has set the Windows file associations to associate .XLS files with an application other than Microsoft Excel. It is very common for programs to hi-jack file associations during installation. Our reports do not change the Windows file associations.
