NSCC Library: Library FAQPatrons are responsible for all audiovisual material they borrow from the circulating collection and are charged the replacement cost plus a non-refundable processing fee for all lost items. They are also charged for damage of audiovisual material depending on the extent of the damage and if the item is reasonably useable.
