Yes. Flora Vista has a fully-stocked library/media center that is available to kindergarten - sixth grade. Classes visit the library/media center each week to check out books. Students also have access to the Boost Program, a reading program available to help students improve their reading skills. There is a computer lab available for class or group work.

The Library of Congress is a research library, and books are used only on the premises by members of the public. Anyone over high school age may use the collections. All patrons using the Library's reading rooms and/or collections must have a user card with a photo on it. Fondren Library sends almost 10,000 volumes per year to our bindery, Heckman Bindery, Inc., in North Manchester, Ind. There are twenty-six shipments per year, scheduled every other week. Serials constitute the bulk of the material bound. Serial issues are pulled from the current periodical shelves or from the stacks when a volume is complete, large enough to be bound, and old enough that there are other later issues left on the shelf.

You can renew your checked out materials online. Open the online library catalog. Click on Personal Record. In the UW-W ID Barcode window, enter the 7-digit middle section of your UW-W ID number.
