A few exceptions aside, we don't review action-adventure, RPG, pure puzzle or other hybrid genres. Although we enjoy these types of games, we want to be focused on adventure games. Check our editorial policies for details.

In a perfect world, I'd have reviews of all the shows I cover up the morning after they air, but I'm only one man and don't always have time to watch everything on the night it airs, let alone write about it the next day. Sometimes, it takes me a few days (or longer) to get around to seeing something, especially if it's in a timeslot with something else I like better.

Absolutely. I even have a thread for these suggestions on my Message Board. However, that doesn't necessarily mean I'll get around to playing it and reviewing it right away; I simply have to be in the mood for it, and have the time for it. But suggestions will push those game titles higher up on my "to play" list. Most of the time I can't decide what I should play anyway, so if I know what people would like to see on my site, that helps me make that decision.

Only twice if each review is different and adds some insight into the game. The best example of multiple reviews by one person for one game would be a MMORPG that was in Beta but is now released.

Have you run your tokenizer trick against a large set of test messages to see if it actually works? Many times what seems like a good idea turns out not to help much, and sometimes even hurts. If you have a good idea, you've run it against a batch of messages and can prove that it helps, paste the code for your technique and the proof to the mailing list.

Yes, and it is really nice. The game summary showing ranked results, percentages and Masterpoints awarded in one file and the individual board results in another file. It is interesting to compare your results on a board with everyone else. These files are organized by date and can be found by clicking the "BridgeScores" button on any page or click here. It is very difficult to purchase any of the classic Infocom games individually. The best bets of any of the compilations released by Activision. These include The Masterpieces of Infocom, The Infocom Collections (still available in places), and The Lost Treasures of Infocom (getting harder to find).

For games like Fighters and Q, the initial ideas were there but they were never followed through in the end. Games such as Metal Blob Solid and Starfighter took a higher priority and were finished first. Some games are finished. They're done and there will be no more feature updates. There are projects around the net (such as bzflag) that are constantly being updated but this is not the case with our games.
