How do I read / post news?

Included in the MS Internet Explorer package (and Netscape) is an integrated news reader. To read newsgroups, click on the 'Mail' icon on the toolbar then select 'Read News'. You will be prompted to ask if you wish to load the latest set of groups. Answer YES and the software will request the latest set of groups from the News Server. There are currently around 13,000 newsgroups on the TECH INFO news server and about 350Mb of new articles arrive each day.
