Dallas County Citizens may apply for a concealed weapon permit between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday thru Friday. Applicants must be 21 years of age, a U.S. citizen and submit to a criminal history check. A conviction for certain crimes can be cause for denial of a permit. The Richmond Police Department no longer issues concealed weapons permits. By agreement, applicants are now referred to the Contra Costa County Sheriff's Office for concealed weapons permits (925-335-1500).

No. Washington courts have ruled that such language does not restore the right to possess firearms. A Certificate of Discharge must specifically state that firearm rights are restored.

First, one would see the Clerk of the Court and fill out a Concealed Weapons form. The next step is to be fingerprinted at the sheriff's office located behind the courthouse. Then go back to the Clerk of the Court with the completed application and a fee will be collected. The application must include some record of firearms training in some capacity. The sheriff then runs a criminal history on the applicant and if the sheriff approves, he sends his recommendation to the judge.

Citizens of the State of Illinois CANNOT carry concealed weapons. If you carry a concealed firearm in a vehicle you have committed a felony. Citizens in the State of Illinois must own a Firearm Owner's Identification (F.O.I.D.) card. A citizen must apply, using an application available at the sheriff's or local police department, with the State of Illinois. This only enables the citizen to possess firearm(s).

No. North Dakota does not have an inheritance tax levied against individual heirs. The inheritance tax was repealed in 1927 and replaced with an estate tax.

Yes. North Dakota has an estate tax based on a decedent's total gross estate and limited to the credit for state death taxes allowed on the Federal 706 estate tax return. However, due to the Federal Economic Growth and Relief Act of 2001, no credit for state death taxes are paid to North Dakota. The North Dakota Estate Tax will be re-instated January 1, 2011 unless Congress takes further action.

Colorado does not have reciprocity with any state, however, licensure may be obtained through licensure by endorsement. Licensure by endorsement requires the applicant to send a verification of licensure form to the state where the applicant is currently licensed. That State Board, in turn, would complete the form, verifying what requirements were met for licensure in that state.

applicant who holds a Professional certificate from another state, a U.S. territory, the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards (NBPTS) or the Department of Defense Schools will be eligible for at least an initial certificate in Georgia.
