Brooke Care provides a variety of services. Each service is outlined in detail in this website (see link to your left entitled "Our Services"). Services that Brooke Care has active contracts through the Springfield Regional Center are as follows: Our service expands as a need arises. Brooke Care is currently providing services in the following counties in Southwest Missouri: Douglas, Wright, Ozark, Texas, Webster, Greene, Stone, Taney, and Christian.

Respite Care provides care through community-based day and night out services, a residential emergency shelter, a daycare center.

There are two methods you can use to receive services from Brooke Care, Inc. The first method involves becoming a client of the Springfield Regional Center in Springfield, Missouri. To do this you must call the Regional Center toll free at 1-888-549-6635 and schedule an intake. The intake worker will then make a visit to your home and assist you to fill out the required eligibility documentation.

On-site nursing is available at the Davidson Respite House and the Respite Daycare. Participants of all other service options may utilize the Medical Wellness Center, located behind the Davidson Respite House, during business hours by appointment.

Michele also provides well woman care as well as information and referral to other health care practitioners such as homeopaths, chiropractors, acupuncturists, massage therapists and herbalists.

I also provide health care for well-women. This means complete physical exams, pap smears, provision of methods of family planning, and diagnosis and treatment of infections such as bladder infections or sexually transmitted infections. I use a wellness model of health care and provide counseling and education related to life-style, diet and exercise. I care for women throughout life, from birth to old age.

Services that are set up for private pay are paid for by the party(s) that contracted for the services. If you receive services through the Springfield Regional Center you will most likely have your services paid for by Medicaid/Medicare or private insurance. There is a slight possibility that you may have a small amount of out of pocket expenses, however this is rare and will be determined during the eligibility process.

We are proud to be a primary care provider of medical services for you and your entire family. Services include, but are not limited to: Newborn and child care, including immunizations; geriatric care; women's care, including gynecological exams and contraception; dermatologic care; minor fracture and minor surgical care.

Multidisciplinary evaluation to determine eligibility and multidisciplinary assessments to determine the scope of services needed. Service coordination that assists the family and other professionals in developing a plan to enhance the child's development. Access to early intervention services identified in the child's plan. State funds are available, based on a sliding fee scale, to assist families who are determined by the local BCW Program to be unable to pay.

We offer a wide variety of alternative therapies that have been proven to be powerful and effective.

The City in conjunction with the Williamson County Parks & Recreation Department provides Adult Softball at Fieldstone Farms Park, located at 1377 Hillsboro Road and Tennis at Jim Warren Park located at 705 Boyd Mill Avenue. Together with pediatric programs at the Stanford University School of Medicine, Lucile Salter Packard Children's Hospital offers a full array of research, clinical care, and surgical services for children and expectant mothers.

Anixter Center and its divisions operate more than 70 services at 35 locations in Greater Chicago, with locations as far west as Schaumburg and as far north as Winthrop Harbor.

EFAP provides individual assessment and counseling, family or couple counseling, psychological assessment and vocational assessments and counseling. EFAP also works together with Employee Health Services to assist in the timely return to work of ill and injured employees. I. Research and Research Support Services—NOVA provides highly customized research and research support services for a wide range of grant studies and contracts for various organizations.

Engineering disciplines include structural, civil, transportation, traffic, mechanical and electrical. INCA also provides survey and mapping, construction staking, cost estimating, value engineering, and specialized project delivery consulting.

ATA provides its members with a broad range of services, including negotiation of franchise agreements with industry guilds, interpretation of agency/guild and state regulations, development of ongoing professional development resources and seminars, dispute resolution expertise, a residual tracking system, and discounts on legal services and hotels. ATA also sponsors Actors' Agent Search www.actorsagentsearch.com to assist casting agents in locating actors and their agents.

Hospice is the only licensed health agency that focuses on the end-of-life care. Unlike most home health care providers, hospice recognizes that the patient will not get well and provides comfort and support, rather than a cure. Hospice care is provided by a team of interdisciplinary care givers. These professionals and specially trained volunteers attend to a wide range of physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.

Virtual Outsourcing Services can provide just about any type of administrative support task which can be performed remotely. Services that we normally offer are office management, word processing, information processing, desktop publishing, bulk mailing, concierge, web site services, health/dental benefits, and telecom services. We provide care for patients with any condition which is life-threatening. Over 90% of our patients have cancer, but we also help patients with motor neurone disease and other neurological conditions, heart and lung disease and HIV/AIDS.

Dr. John Eisenberg, Commissioner of the Agency for Health Research and Quality, described health services research as a part of the overall continuum of biomedical research that begins with basic medical science and extends through clinical investigations to research on the organization, financing and delivery of health care. This continuum is displayed in the figure below.

Provinces and territories may also offer "additional benefits" under their respective health insurance plans, at their discretion, and on their own terms and conditions. While these services vary from province to province, some examples include prescription drug benefits, dental care, optometric services, chiropractic services, hearing aids, transportation services and home care programs.

Our support group meets six times per month and has had weekly topics, guest speakers, and healthy cooking classes. We have a dedicated regsitered nurse, program coordinator who can answer questions, or refer you to the doctors. She is an expert because she has had RNY herself! The physicians will personally work with you on your nutrtition, and our personal trainer also meets with you to discuss your nutritional regimen. In January, our new, 6000 sq. ft. office is expected to open.
