We decided to include all four workouts on two DVDs for two reasons-convenience and sustainability. Having fewer DVDs to keep track of is easier and more convenient, especially, when you are traveling. But, there's a second, even more important reason. Part of our mission is to bring products and services to the world in a conscious way and that includes being "environmentally" conscious. So, by putting four workouts on two DVDs, we've cut the volume of plastic used in the packaging by 50%.

Technically there is no limit to the amount of video which can fit on one DVD. By definition, the video signal must be digitally compressed before it is placed on the disc. By controlling the compression of the video signal, you control both the quality and amount of video which can fit on a disc. But there is a pretty steep trade-off. With higher compression, more video can fit onto a disc, but it will be of a lower quality.

Each of these numbers represents a factor which multiplies the color sub carrier frequency to obtain a sampler frequency for the digitizing process. The first number (=4) is the sampler for luminance (Y), the other two are for both color components (U and V). Then, in a 4:2:2 digitized video data we have 4 samples of Y for each 4 samples of chroma (or 2 samples of each chroma component). In the case of 4:2:0, we have 4 samples of Y for each 2 of chroma.

Digital SLRs are typically 3:2, while compact cameras are typically 4:3. You will find some disagreement about which is the "best" aspect ratio. Keep in mind that traditional televisions are 4:3, while a common print size is 6" by 4", which is 3:2. If you expect to be editing your photos later in software, then I would suggest shooting in the native format of your sensor, but keeping your intended use in mind.

YUV colorspace is used by a wide range of professional video equipment like Betacam SP and DigiBeta and also in nearly all digital video codecs, including JPEG, DV, DivX, MPEG 1,2,4. These codecs are used for Video-DVDs, AVI and Quicktime movies and most hard disk recorders. means that the luminance channel is stored in full resolution (full width and height of the image) and the U+V components are stored in half resolution (half width but full height of the image).

You can keep a movie for as long as you want without late fees, or any other penalties, as long as you are a member! Just remember that the quicker you return the DVD and Playstation 2 titles the quicker you will receive you next titles and therefore better value for your money! Customers returning their DVD and Playstation 2 titles more frequently will benefit from preferential treatment when new titles are released, compared to customers who keeps titles for long periods of time.

Xpress Workouts can be done most anywhere! We've created workouts you can do at home with little or no equipment - i.e. using your own bodyweight. Other workouts can be done in a fitness center that you'd find in most park districts, Gold's Gym, PowerHouse, Fitness 19 clubs, just to name a few. We also have workouts you can do in major health clubs like Bally's, LVAC, 24 Hour Fitness, etc. You will not be limited with our Xpress Workouts.

Time efficiency – workouts will take you 20 minutes or less to complete. Therefore, you can do them at times that you may have not had enough time to spare. Get a full-body workout – you won’t spend valuable time hitting each muscle independently taking you hours to complete, but rather, with compound style exercises* that stimulate several muscles groups at a time so you can challenge the whole body.

You may receive some additional guidance and workout plans from your trainer, which may include cardio training, stretching and focus on nutritional habits. Additional workouts outside of the Physzique Training Sessions is definitely encouraged to see maximal results from your overall fitness plan.

Babies under a year old rarely self wean. Older babies - 9-12 months - may become distractible and less interested in nursing once they become more mobile. They might find nursing confining during the day, but are more interested in nursing at night. They are not truly weaning. Younger babies, particularly those under 6 months, might go through "nursing strikes" because of teething or illness, but this does not mean they are weaning.

You want your hematocrit to STAY at a certain level, you don't want it to continue to RISE UP higher than you had it... so if (for example) 2 vials keeps your hematocrit at 50%, 4 vials might raise it to 50.5%, and the next month to 51%, and the next month to 51.5%, etc... in other words, it will be rising slowly and in a few months it will be higher than where you want it to be. BUT..

This is a difficult question to answer with any certainty since, depending on the difficulty of the exam, the thresholds will slightly change from year to year. Recently an exam score in the region of 65% has been good enough to record a 5. As a rough rule of thumb, a 4 might require a score in the region of 55% and a 3, 45%, HOWEVER in 2005, 71% was required to score a 5 - a reflection on the relative ease of the exam.
