Having fewer DVDs to keep track of is easier and more convenient, especially, when you are traveling. But, there's a second, even more important reason. Part of our mission is to bring products and services to the world in a conscious way and that includes being "environmentally" conscious. So, by putting four workouts on two DVDs, we've cut the volume of plastic used in the packaging by 50%.
