The Formula 1 championship and New Year's Eve are considered as extra seasons. Rooms are usually booked well in advance for these periods, therefore in most cases special rates apply and some hotels may request a pre-payment and/or a minimum number of nights to stay. Once you’ve signed on, you will be contacted with specific information about the various volunteer projects that you can participate in. Projects include helping with mailings, putting together gift bags, general office support, and much more.
