Where can I do these Xpress Workouts?
FAQ'sXpress Workouts can be done most anywhere! We've created workouts you can do at home with little or no equipment - i.e. using your own bodyweight. Other workouts can be done in a fitness center that you'd find in most park districts, Gold's Gym, PowerHouse, Fitness 19 clubs, just to name a few. We also have workouts you can do in major health clubs like Bally's, LVAC, 24 Hour Fitness, etc. You will not be limited with our Xpress Workouts.

The intent is that most of the exercises are new to you.
