No. Booth structures and elements must be maintained within the officially contracted exhibit space, and not protrude into the aisles. This includes all truss work, lighting apparatus, audio and projection equipment, speakers, etc. These elements must be directed into your booth and not towards the aisles or neighboring exhibitors.

A BBQ or any large flame cooking device. Check with your local fire department for more information. If the local fire department requires the equipment to be outside the booth, then we will allow it.

Yes. The ceiling in the Cow Palace is not a consistent height. If you have a question about the ceiling height as it relates to your booth, please call the show managers at (410) 265-7400 x112. At its highest point it is 16 feet.

Banners or other identification suspended or otherwise separated from the booth itself are not permitted. See page 10 of the Exhibitor Prospectus for details.

The height restriction in the Hilton Center and Pavilion is 20'. Hanging signs are not permitted in the Hilton Ballroom.

All exhibitors are encouraged to have some form of floor covering. Carpet is available through the Exhibitor Service Kit. Any unfinished booths above the drape line must be finished. Each booth comes with your company sign, nicely skirted tables, and two chairs. Quantity of tables depends on size of booth you are contracting for. Please refer to our layout diagrams for booths.

In a word, No. Canvas prints are for indoor use only. They must not be exposed to any moisture. For example, it's not a good idea to clean your prints with a damp/wet cloth. Also, avoid touching the surface of the prints with your hands as this may transfer oils, which could affect the appearance of your prints. UV ink is pigmented ink and lightfast, therefore providing extra protection against fading.

Our arrangements are designed for interior use only, however some may be used outside on occasion. We don't recommend that you hang your arrangement outdoors where it may get wet. Please keep in mind that if a wreath or swag is in direct sunlight, some fading will occur.

Our 3 ft. x 5 ft. polyester flags are suited more for indoor use. You can hang your flag outside occasionally if you wish and wear life varies depending on the weather conditions in your area. There are nylon straps sewn to the bottom leading edge of all horizontal tubes, between every column. These straps will allow you to attach; lighting, sound and props. There are also "D" rings sewn into the vertical leading edges of all of the columns.

We recommend that you contact our factory before making any truss rod adjustments. Whenever you adjust a truss rod, whether you are a certified repair person or not, always use caution. For years now, our truss rods have adjusted the opposite of what is considered “normal” (counterclockwise to straighten the neck, clockwise to add relief).

With a truss-to-truss system, the panels of curtain material move across the distance between one truss and the next. This distance leads to more compact bundles of fabric when the system is uncovered than are possible with gutter-to-gutter. There are three ways to configure the truss-to- truss system. It makes no difference to the pressure reading which wall you hang a barometer on. There may be a slight difference in temperature but not pressure. The pressure is the same inside as well as outside.

The trusses are designed and engineered to be "site-built". The plans show you how to layout and assemble the trusses in a simple "jig" that you build on the loft floor. Clearly detailed, with easy-to-read step-by-step instructions....we've got it down to a science!!

No. It's actually a little easier because you can stand right up in the second floor to install insulation....and, depending on the size barn you're building, you can get up to R-90 between the trusses!
