I have created a wedding cake package pricing system because I believe brides would prefer to have a total "out the door" cost rather than be quoted a lower cost per serving and then told that filling will be extra, pillars and plates are extra, square or heart shape is extra etc. My package price includes everything needed for a beautiful and delicious wedding cake. Upgrades to specialty recipes, fillings, frosting and cake design level are available as an option.

The new package replaces air with a mixture of 80% oxygen and 20% carbon dioxide. The package includes ground beef in a solid, plastic tray with skin-tight film, which keeps juices inside the package, reducing cross-contamination and helping to keep refrigerators and freezers cleaner.

You will start it off and our trained staff will take over. That is included in most of our catering packages and is a free service.

You can take a wedding cake as long as it is solid, and does not have a liquid, cream or jam filling.

Pillars are more than just a decorative feature of a wedding cake. Pillars actually serve the purpose of providing the cake its structure by evenly distributing the weight load. A cake that is very heavy without adequate support will most definitely crack.

We can modify a wedding performance per the wedding party's instructions. Usually, a wedding consists of an hour of background love songs on Piano by Charles. We can also perform a "First Dance" song for the bride and groom. We then follow with full band performance for the remainder of the evening consisting of rock and dance. We do not offer cake toppers. Since our cakes are customized to the bride s personal taste, it is nearly impossible to stock such an item. We have found that most of our brides choose flowers, either fresh or butter cream to top their cake.

We work closely with Carriage House cakes to provide you with the wedding cake of your choice. The price is $2.75 per piece and we help cut the cake at no additional charge. The cake is a separate fee.

Oh yes! Especially where the couple has many favorite flavours, it is fun to provide different cake types with different fillings, within the wedding cake! For instance, a three tier cake can have three different cakes with a choice of different fillings! Definitely more interesting and becomes a highlight of conversation, too! The guests love it!!

Each subject book covers either Kindergarten through grade 8 or through grade 12 rather than requiring you to buy materials each year. Also, since kids work on their own paper, you can use the books with every child, every year. While there are activity ideas and teaching suggestions for using each book, daily lessons plans are not included. This is deliberate. With the exception of our signature cake, The Queen Elizabeth , we do not offer fresh strawberries as a filling option. Since the wedding cake is on display during the reception, the fruit has a tendency to break down and deteriorate. This is often compounded by the fact that many reception facilities just do not have the extra refrigeration space to spare, so the cake could possibly be without benefit of refrigeration all day.

Coordinate with your florist to provide fresh flowers for your wedding cake. Please verify with your florist that the flowers have not been sprayed with any chemicals. Also, unless your flowers were specifically grown to be eaten, please remove them before serving.

Yes. At every event, one of our staff members is available to cut and serve the wedding cake. There is a small fee of $50 for this service. You are welcome to have a family member perform the duties as well. We will also wrap the cake topper for you to take at the end of the event.

We probably can create a large round or sheet cake for you on that short of notice. But, because of their complexity, there is a ten day minimum on placing an order for any tiered cake.

For those of you who have had our cakes or have tasted our cakes at bridal shows, just choose a cake from our album on our web and we will be happy to guide you through it when you call us. It works well for the very busy, and is a very easy and stressless way to get a beautiful product. Photos can be mixed and matched between frosting designs and flowers arrangements. Follow Step Number 1.

We prefer that you book at least 6 months prior to the event. However, there are times when we have dates open so just give us a call or email us and we can check our schedule for availability.

Our custom cakes are three or four tiers, with the exact size based upon your final guest count. The menu package lists our custom cake flavors, fillings and designs. At your menu consultation, you will have the opportunity to review various photographs of our standard cake designs to aid you in making your selection. If you would prefer more than one flavor or filling, an additional cost will be incurred. You may choose to bring your own cake.

Ideally you would reserve your date one to three months before your wedding day. I can take your wedding cake order up to nine months in advance. I will be happy to accept last minute orders as well, scheduling permitting.

It is never too early to plan for your wedding cake. As with anything, reserving early will allow for more flexibility, and will make sure that the date of your wedding is not overbooked. Many brides reserve a year or more in advance. We also accept reservations closer to the wedding date if we have time available. A deposit of $100 will reserve our time for your wedding date.

Yes, many couples decide to serve the wedding cake as a dessert. This can be more economical than having other desserts available as well. One thing to keep in mind is to not under-estimate the number of guests as this can leave some guests without their fill of dessert.

Each reception site will cut the cake slightly differently. However, the standard dimensions for a wedding cake serving is 4"H x 2"D x 1"W. Our cakes are sized slightly bigger, and will still feed as many guests necessary if the reception site cuts them slightly larger.

If you wish your Wedding cake to be served with coffee, you would normally cut this after the main course has been cleared. If you wish the serve your Wedding cake with your evening buffet, then you would cut the cake after the speeches. I will announce the cake cutting, so that your guests can take photographs.
