LIB USE ONLY stands for Library Use Only. Any item with that status may only be used inside the Library.

quot;In-Library" means that the material may not be removed from the library. The "in-library" use restriction is imposed by the lending library. The lending library determines restrictions and use of material. This material cannot be removed from the library. All microforms and some print material are subject to this restriction.

Some libraries require that their material be used only in our library buildings. Books may be sent to branches for "IN HOUSE USE ONLY;" however, microfilm and microfiche must be viewed in the North Carolina Room, located on the 3rd floor of the Main Library.

Exhibition Only means that the person is attempting a leg (and needs to mail in the Entry Notification Form) but is not competing for any prize or placement ribbon. This person is scored like any other competitor and a qualifying score could count as a leg. Workshop Only means that the person is using the event merely as "practice." This person is not attempting a leg, may correct his dog, and receives no score.

Weekly Only indicates that the cottage books by the week during the time indicated (during High Season, for example). You are welcome to book multiple weeks, but we do not offer partial weeks during these periods. Long weekends are considered High Season and the 3-day Holiday Weekend rates will reflect this. Long weekend rentals are NOT available in the summer High Season (July, and August Long Weekends). We require all the information to be filled out on the rental application form.

This rate is charged when no other larger spaces are requested for use. This is because restrooms and hallways must be available, but the cost for this is only factored into the rate for larger spaces used in addition to classrooms. When only a Classroom is requested, the fee must reflect the use of these ancillary spaces.
