A database view is a temporary, selective representation of database fields from one or more tables. A pre-registered car is a car that already has a set of number-plates and a V5 document. This may be because a dealer has ordered and registered a vehicle, but the customer pulls out of the deal at the last minute, or that a dealer purchases a small fleet of cars itself, in order to make its sales targets. For all intents and purposes, pre-registered cars are new, and will only have delivery mileage on them. You will, however, be listed as the second owner on the V5 document.

If you have not used phpMyAdmin before, we recommend reading it's documentation on phpmyadmin.com - it's a powerful industry-standard tool, but is not as straight-forward as our other features.
